Your order will be ready for shipping in 5 business days, unless it is a pre-order item. Once shipped, the delivery time will depend on the region.

4. When will my pre-order item be shipped?
Pre-order items will be shipped within 1–2 business days after the official release date. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them together once the pre-order item is available. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping country.
5. I haven't received my order
If your order has not arrived, please notify us within 30 business days from the shipping date via info@swampmerch.eu.
This allows us to investigate with the shipping provider. Notifications received after this period may limit our ability to assist.
